Vicario Dragoncello Liquéur is produced by Renato Vicario and Janette Wesley using organically grown tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus — “dragoncello” in Italian) from their farms in Tuscany, Italy and South Carolina, USA. Tarragon produces a distinctive anise-adjacent, herbal, slightly medicinal character at 25% ABV.
