Her Tepeztate releases are perennial favorites, harnessing an agave that takes decades to mature. On the nose, this batch offers wet river stones, grapefruit, candied papaya, and a hint of grappa. The palate brings lush tropical fruits, green pepper, wood-fired pizza crust, and smoked meat, all wrapped in signature minerality.
