Carolans Cold Brew Cream Liqueur layers cold brew coffee character over the brand’s signature Irish cream base — Irish whiskey, farm-fresh cream, and naturally harvested honey met with the smooth, slow-extracted depth of cold brew. Carolans was born in Ireland’s County Tipperary in 1978, named for the legendary 17th-century Irish harpist Turlough O’Carolan. The Cold Brew expression takes the brand’s honey-tinged Irish cream and folds in cold brew coffee flavor for a richer, dessert-leaning sip.
