THE Zin opens with aromas of dark red fruit, boysenberry and baking spice with a velvety mouthfeel and balanced acidity. On the palate flavors of pomegranate, black cherry and roasted mushroom mingle into a lingering finish.
Deep ruby and garnet in color, THE Red opens with rich huckleberry jam and blueberry on the nose followed by toasted oak and French vanilla on the palate. Enjoy with a hearty pasta dish, red of course!
